Rest In Peace

My aunt died today, but I didn't really know her. But it's polite to respect the dead, so this post is going to be dedicated to her.

When you're a kid you don't really think about dying or growing old. But when a parent dies, everything changes. That safety net is ripped away from under you, and you're left to fall into the abyss. You're no longer protected from the fear of death. Something happens. Something wrong and twisted. And now you must live with the constant fear that one day, whether it be a week, a year, a decade from now that you too will die. My two cousins just lost their mothers and are still very young. Too young to have to understand death.
